Lately, I'm having a lot of orders for children's cakes so you'll see a lot of posts about cartoon themed cakes. This is one of my latest. It's a moist chocolate cake filled and covered with chocolate ganache. It's decorated with some blue sprinkles and royal icing. Nemo is also made from royal icing :-)
