Happy Anniversary

As the title implies I made this cake for a wedding anniversary. This is an almond cake spread with apricot jam and covered and decorated with fondant. The rose on top of the cake is one of the few fondant roses I've done so far. I still need to practice making roses :-)

  4. Ha yeah I wouldn't want to ruin that either. It's like breaking the hearts apart, and I can imagine one unhappy couple.... UNTIL they eat the cake, that is :)
