Sleeping Santa

These are the last Christmas cakes photos. I was so busy I didn't have time to upload them.  Anyways I think I made the right choice posting them now since at this time Santa Clause must be sleeping like this. Ha looks like he was so tired that he slept in an elve's bed :)

I really liked the outcome of this cake. This cake is still a chocolate cake, everything else is made of sugarpaste.

Hello Kitty cake

Isn't she cute! even without mouth it's the most adorable cat :) If I remember well this cake is a vanlla cake with white chocolate ganache. All decorations are made with sugarpaste and royal icing.

Cute cow cake

Isn't this cow cute? I saw the cute cow on this blog and was inspired to make one. I was quite happy with the outcome. Since this cake was for a little boy I couldn't make pink flowers but I think it was cute just the same. This is a chocolate cake filled with chocolate ganache and decorated with findant and royal icing.

These are some of the Christmas cakes Ive been very busy making. I had more but oops was so tired I forgot to take photos. These are fruit cakes and the last one is an almond cake.

Butterflies cake

 

This is a vanilla cake with white chocolate ganache and covered with sugarpaste/fondant. 

Crocodile cake

This was a really funny cake to make although I was a bit worried since I've never made a crocodile cake. I think it turned out pretty well though. This was ordered for a Peter pan themed party and the crocodile was the birthday cake. Isn't it cute? If you can call a crocodile cute. This is a chocolate cake and all decorations are made from suarpaste/ fondant. Quite a big cake this one.

Liverpool cake

A football/soccer theme cake. This cake is a chocolate cake . All decorations are made with fondant. 

Ben 10 cake and cupcakes

 

This must be my 8th or 9th Ben 10 cake. Anyways I always try to decorate them differently. This is a vanilla cake filled and covered with white chocolate ganache and decorated with sugarpaste. I also made some matching cupcakes. 

 

Gingerbread man

These are the first gingerbread man I make this year. I really enjoyed decorating them and ( eating them) poor gingerbread! I also made a big one :)
