Yes, this was quite a big cake and very heavy too. Although not filled with gold this chocolate cake is very popular. It is filled and covered with chocolate ganache and decorated with sugarpaste. All decorations are handmade. The recipient of the cake was a very nice person and was really happy with the cake . Hurray!!  :)

Nemo cake

Do you like it? Hope you do. I was quite happy with the outcome although I always see faults. Think the 2 year old recipient however really like the cake. Everything is is made in sugarpaste even Nemo and Dora. The cake is a double chocolate cake filled and covered with chocolate ganache.

Sponge bob cake

I made this cake for my cousin's daughter. She's a big fan of sponge bob. I really enjoyed making this cakeeven though I find the character so boring. The cake is a chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling . All decorations are made with sugarpaste.

Romantic flower cake

This cake consists of a two chocolate cakes with chocolate ganache. There's no need to say it but it weighed a tonne. The top cake is a 9" cake and the bottom cake is 9" by 12" cake.

Baptism cake

       I really enjoyed making this cake. I think it's so cute. It's the first pair of baby slippers I make and I'm happy enough with the outcome. The cake is an almond cake(torta tal-lewz) made with pure ground almonds. All decorations are made with sugarpaste and royal icing.

Baby Bob cake

I'm quite happy with this cake. I think baby Bob is really cute! Anyways the 2 year old was happy with this cake :) It is a vanilla cake filled with cookie frosting and crushed cookies and covered with dark chocolate ganache and sugarpaste/ fondant.
