White chocolate and strawberry cake

A new flavour this month. This cake is a vanilla sponge cake filled with a layer of white chocolate ganache and decorated with more white chocolate ganache and white chocolate scales and since its strawberry season I also added a strawberry for decoration. This cake can be ordered with whipped cream and chopped strawberries as filling and topping.

This is the last addition to my Baptism cakes.

This cake was for the Baptism of two baby girls.Ain't these cute!!

The cake is a chocolate cake and all decorations are made with sugarpaste/fondant.

Teddy bear cake

This is my latest cake creation. It consists of two chocolate cakes decorated with sugarpaste/fondant and a homemade bear on top. I'm quite happy with the outcome.
