Teenage bedroom cake

 It's been a while since I made a bedroom cake. This one I really enjoyed making it. The cake is a chocolate cake filled with chocolate ganache. All decorations are hand made from homemade sugarpaste/fondant.

Retirement cake

  This cake is one of the biggest cakes I made. The top cake is a 10" cake and the bottom a 12" cake. The cakes are vanilla cakes with white chocolate ganache filling.

Valentine's almond cookies

These are the traditional almond cookies shaped in a heart for Valentine's day. These are made with pure ground almonds.
