I was really busy this week so I didn't have time to sort the photos I took. I made these muffins a while ago so I decided to post about them. These are cinnamon and walnut muffins. I made other variations of this recipe like chocolate chip muffins shown below. The paper cases I made them myself . They re only a piece of baking paper pleated around the cupcake.
