Baby Coconut bites


Complimenting the Baptism cake featured in my last post I also made these cute little coconut bites. I decided to make them miniature size since they're quite sweet.

Wow, they do compliment the cake beautifully, I love coconut, so I am sure I would love to bite into one of these pretties. I like the small bite size stuff at celebrations, cause then I don't have to worry about holding a plate and talking at the same time! :)

Julian's cake is precious, & so are these beauties. Well done Natalie...WOW, they're all so pretty!!
About the cheesecake, go ahead & use cream cheese. I have to look for options because we don't get cream cheese here..

These look lovely! Did you use rice paper on the bottoms like Jeena did, or something else? What kind of frosting did you use to decorate the sides?
