Princess cake

The order for this cake was a princess cake . Hope the 5 year old was happy with this cake. Again it's a chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and decorations are made by homemade sugarpaste.

    WOW!! This is the ultimate cake for a young girl...I would have LOVED this as a kid!

    BTW--I used to have a 'pen pal' in Malta when I was in the 3rd grade and have always wanted to one day fit it in to our travel plans.
