Karate cake

This consisted of a vanilla cake speckled with chocolate shavings, filled with a cookie dough frosting and covered with chocolate ganache. It's then decorated with sugar paste/fondant.


ok not a great cake. I could have done better. I made this cake for my boyfriend. Can you imagine what he 's crazy about? If you said Karate you guessed it.
