Isn't this cow cute? I saw the cute cow on
this blog and was inspired to make one. I was quite happy with the outcome. Since this cake was for a little boy I couldn't make pink flowers but I think it was cute just the same. This is a chocolate cake filled with chocolate ganache and decorated with findant and royal icing.
That cow is cute indeed! Very well done! The flowers in the grass are a lovely touch.
