White chocolate and strawberry cake

A new flavour this month. This cake is a vanilla sponge cake filled with a layer of white chocolate ganache and decorated with more white chocolate ganache and white chocolate scales and since its strawberry season I also added a strawberry for decoration. This cake can be ordered with whipped cream and chopped strawberries as filling and topping.

    Yum! I'm so happy strawberry season is back. Now I can cook up all kinds of delicious-looking things! (though mine aren't nearly as goodlooking as this cake!)
