More cupcake fun

Very pretty...

It looks like the frosting you use is more of a glaze or icing... is this correct? I'm trying to sort out frosting/icing recipes for my upcoming cupcake venture, because I'm pretty sure that "buttercream" frosting will be WAYYYYYY to sweet and sugary for the French... I may stick to ganache and light icings... but the fun ones are definitely buttercreams because of the consistency and what you can do with them.... Take care, Leesa

Yeah i used glace icing. I don t like buttercream either maybe cause in europe its not that popular although you re right you can be really creative with buttercream.
