Pecan pie is a must for my family during thanksgiving. So, I made it once a year. It's everyone favorite. Glad you did try, and like it too.

Aww how cute! I love things in miniature :) I also find that it helps avoid cutting oneself an extra large piece of pie

I don't think I've ever made a traditional pecan pie, but yours looks good enough to think about giving it a shot!

Mmmmm..... I LOVE pecan pies! My granny would sit out on the front porch shelling pecans for hours & bake pies for everyone she knew. I haven't tried it in the mini form, but it looks devilishly good.

I had my first pecan pie when I was an exchange student for high school in Kentucky. Oh..I think I decided then that it is my ultimate pie!! It's hard to find good ole Southern pecan pie in Toronto, and I feel too guilty to make it on my own and gobble it all by myself. Haha. So eating a piece or two of pecan pie is my first to do list whenever we visit Ky. :D
