Chocolate Yogurt Scrolls
250 gr plain flour
125 gr plain yogurt (used light yogurt)
125 gr soft butter or margarine
½ tsp baking powder
1 tbl sugar
Pinch of salt
Chocolate or jam (or any filling of your choice)
Sieve the flour and baking powder. Add salt, sugar, butter and yogurt and mix to form smooth dough. Do not over mix dough. Divide the dough in two and refrigerate for an hour.
Line a tray with baking paper.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Roll each dough to form a circle about ¼” thick. Spread the desired filling on the dough. Using a pizza cutter, cut the circle into about eight segments and roll each segment starting from the wider side and form a scroll.
Bake for about 20 minutes.

Very cool, never heard of a yogurt pastry, I didn't know you could do that. I always loved that shape in pastries, it's so enticing. Almost as enticing as elephant ears.
These look delicious, Natalie!
